Bmw2u Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide to Using the Malaysia Platform

1. Membership Eligibility

To register and use the bmw2u platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. Failure to meet any of these requirements entitles bmw2u to close your account at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bmw2u reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be an individual (not a company or business entity) registering solely for personal use.
• You may not register under another person's name or use any form of false identity.
• You must be a valid resident or citizen of Malaysia, or a person physically located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• You may not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of a bmw2u employee.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under Malaysian law.

By registering an account with bmw2u, you confirm that you meet all of the above requirements and that the information you have provided is true, accurate, and up to date. bmw2u reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time while your account remains active.

2. Account Registration

Registering a bmw2u account is straightforward and free of charge. However, there are important rules that must be observed throughout your membership on our platform.

• One Account Per User: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on bmw2u. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.
• Accurate Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration – including your full name, phone number, and email address – is accurate and up to date. Inaccurate information may affect your ability to process withdrawals.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. bmw2u will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• KYC Verification: bmw2u reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC), such as a copy of your IC or passport, at any time — particularly before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold.

Bmw2u reserves the right to decline any registration application or close an existing account without providing a reason, particularly where there is suspicion of fraud, failed age verification, or a breach of any term within this document.

3. Deposits & Payment Methods

Bmw2u offers a range of deposit methods, all of which are familiar local Malaysian payment options. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and funds are credited to your bmw2u account instantly or within a set timeframe depending on the method chosen.

• Accepted Deposit Methods: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. No international payment methods are accepted.
• Minimum Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. No daily maximum deposit limit applies to accounts that have completed full KYC verification.
• Currency: All deposits, winnings, and withdrawals are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. bmw2u does not accept or process any foreign currency.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawing your winnings from your bmw2u account is a right we take seriously. bmw2u is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary complications.

• Minimum Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit or to a Malaysian bank account registered in your own name.
• Processing Timeframe: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes for standard members, and within 5 minutes for VIP members. In certain cases requiring additional review, processing may take longer.

• Fraud Prohibition: Any attempt to cheat the gaming system, exploit technical bugs, or use unfair methods to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
